What is TenderRadar?
TenderRadar is a done-for-you tender intelligence service from Tendigo Consulting, a UK public sector revenue advisory. It watches UK public sector procurement portals against a supplier's locked search profile, puts matched opportunities in front of them early, and gives a straight bid or no-bid verdict on the tender packs it reviews. Every verdict comes from human buyer-side judgement. It is not a software platform.
How much does TenderRadar cost?
£750 for the one-off setup, paid first. If the viability verdict says go, £399 a month follows. There is one tier.
What does the £750 setup include?
A written report the client keeps, whatever the verdict. It covers the viability verdict (an honest answer on where they can compete and where they can't), a shortlist of three to five live tenders rated for fit with the risks flagged, plus planned tenders worth getting ahead of, a readiness check of finances, policies, accreditations and experience against what buyers ask for, bid or no-bid rules including the contract size their finances support, how buyers in their market buy, a gap list of what to fix first and what not to fix yet, and one recommended next step with what a first win would take over the next three to six months. It is not refunded if a prospective client chooses not to proceed after the verdict.
What is a tender pack review verdict?
We review the tender pack against the subscriber's profile, their case studies and their experience, and they receive a bid or no-bid verdict with reasons: eligibility flags, scoring risks, and the open questions worth raising with the buyer. Verdicts are included in the monthly fee, with no charge per verdict.
Is there a cap on reviews?
Reviews are included in the subscription, with no charge per verdict. A review reads the full tender pack, tests every pass or fail requirement against the supplier's own evidence, and gives a bid or no-bid answer with reasons. What comes after a yes, such as choosing case studies, gathering evidence, writing the bid or reviewing drafted answers, is separate paid work and quoted per job.
Who delivers TenderRadar?
Jennifer Jane Law, Tendigo's founder, with her team. Jennifer spent 11 years inside UK government procurement across central government departments, agencies and public bodies, evaluating bids and awarding contracts from £50k to £750m. Every verdict is made by a person on her team, led by her buyer-side judgement.
What is the 90 Day Winnable Tender Guarantee?
TenderRadar commits to putting a tender the subscriber could genuinely bid on in front of them within their first 90 days. If it has not, the £750 setup fee is refunded.
Who is TenderRadar for?
Established UK SMEs with a real delivery team, typically £250k to £10m turnover, selling to local authorities, the NHS and central government, who are bidding or ready to bid. It is not suitable for micro businesses, pure consumer businesses, or anyone wanting bid writing alone for the monthly fee.
Does Tendigo write bids?
Bid writing is separate from the TenderRadar subscription. When a subscriber decides to bid, Tendigo's bid writing team quotes for the writing as its own piece of work.
Can anyone subscribe to TenderRadar?
No. TenderRadar is applied for, not bought off a shelf. If it is clear at application that a sector has no flow of contracts the client can win, Tendigo says so before any money changes hands. The full judgement is the viability verdict inside the £750 setup, and the 90 Day Winnable Tender Guarantee refunds the setup fee if a winnable tender has not been put in front of a new subscriber within 90 days.

By applying at tenderradar.tendigo.com. Jennifer reviews every application personally and comes back to book the setup call, and the first deliverable is the viability verdict, so a new client knows early whether public sector work is worth their money.
