TenderRadar, questions and answers

The same facts as the main page, restated as plain questions and answers. If your question isn't here, email jennifer@tendigo.com.

What is TenderRadar?

TenderRadar is a done-for-you tender intelligence service from Tendigo Consulting, a UK public sector revenue advisory. It watches UK public sector procurement portals against a supplier's locked search profile, puts matched opportunities in front of them early, and gives a straight bid or no-bid verdict on any tender pack the subscriber sends. Every verdict comes from human buyer-side judgement. It is not a software platform and has no dashboard.

How much does TenderRadar cost?

£250 for the one-off setup, then £399 a month. There is one tier. Day one is a single invoice of £649 covering the setup and the first month. Tendigo is not VAT registered, so the price shown is the price paid.

What does the £250 setup include?

Three things: a viability verdict (an honest go or no-go on where the supplier can and cannot compete), a search profile built from CPV codes, keywords and operating areas, and portal registrations done for the client. For TenderRadar clients, the setup fee is credited in full against their first bid over £1,500 with Tendigo's bid writing team, within 6 months of setup. It is not refunded if a prospective client chooses not to proceed after the verdict.

What is a tender pack review verdict?

A subscriber forwards any tender pack and receives a bid or no-bid verdict with reasons: eligibility flags, fit against their capability, scoring risks, and the open questions worth raising with the buyer. Verdicts are included in the monthly fee, with no charge per verdict and no cap on how many a subscriber can request.

Is there a cap on reviews?

No cap. A verdict is a bid or no-bid answer with reasons. Deeper work, such as mapping a supplier's own evidence against a tender's requirements (gap analysis) or reviewing drafted answers, is separate paid work and quoted per job.

Who delivers TenderRadar?

Jennifer Jane Law, Tendigo's founder, with her team. Jennifer spent 11 years inside UK government procurement across central government departments, agencies and public bodies, evaluating bids and awarding contracts from £50k to £750m. The verdicts carry buyer-side judgement: every one is made by a person who has marked tenders, never by software.

What is the 90-Day Winnable Tender Guarantee?

TenderRadar commits to putting a tender the subscriber could genuinely bid on in front of them within their first 90 days. If it has not, the £250 setup fee is refunded.

Who is TenderRadar for?

Established UK SMEs with a real delivery team, typically £250k to £10m turnover, selling to local authorities, the NHS and central government, who are bidding or ready to bid. It is not suitable for micro businesses, pure consumer businesses, or anyone wanting bid writing alone for the monthly fee.

Does Tendigo write bids?

Bid writing is separate from the TenderRadar subscription. When a subscriber decides to bid, Tendigo's bid writing team quotes for the writing as its own piece of work, and the £250 setup credit applies to the first such bid over £1,500.

Can anyone subscribe to TenderRadar?

No. Access is requested, not bought off a shelf. The setup starts with the viability verdict, and TenderRadar is not sold into a sector where the client cannot compete. Jennifer decides who is taken on.

How does a supplier start?

By requesting access at tenderradar.tendigo.com. Jennifer reviews every request personally and replies within one working day to book the setup call, and the first deliverable is the viability verdict, so a new client knows early whether public sector work is worth their money.
